Support for the Community First Fund is vital for grassroots organizations like ours because it ensures they have the resources to respond swiftly and build resilience before disasters strike. By contributing, you help create sustainable, proactive solutions that allow communities to thrive, rather than reacting in times of crisis.

HISTORY: T.E.E.S. launched the Community First Fund in 2018 after the Hurricane Harvey & Irma devastation. The funds’ mission is to aid families during times of crisis whether it’s an unexpected life tragedy, loss of job, or natural disaster.

Since the inception, the fund has disbursed over $1 million dollars in rent, mortgage, utility, and financial assistance, groceries, and essential items to families in Houston, South Florida, and most recently North Carolina.

Don't wait for a crisis or disaster—help us stay prepared so we don’t have to get prepared.

"Driven by Passion, Powered by Volunteers—Every Dollar Goes to the Cause"

Fresh hot, home-cooked meals to individuals and families. Rooted in service and love, our mission is to strengthen the community one meal at a time.

The T.E.E.S. Community First Fund was honored to answer the call out from Dogwood Country Club to support families in Western North Carolina after Hurricane Helene devastated the region. Through their connection with the Texas-based organization “Operation Airdrop”, our supplies were delivered via private helicopters and planes. Operation Airdrop coordinated not only our efforts but also those of many other private organizations, churches, and citizens throughout North Carolina, ensuring relief reached those in need. We are grateful for the partnership and the dedication that made this mission a success!

CFF COMMUNITIES/CFD: Our long term goal is to address the housing need through the preservation and development of rental housing that is REALISTICALLY AFFORDABLE for working class families, young graduates entering the workforce, seniors and those on fixed incomes.

Property Donation is becoming a highly favored way for people to donate to charity. Depending on your particular financial and charitable goals, donating real estate to a 501(c)(3) public charity could allow you to leverage one of your most valuable investments to achieve maximum impact with your charitable giving in addition to helping families less fortunate. If you’re looking to donate a property/land to charity, we at T.E.E.S. Community First Fund invite you to get in touch by filling out the form HERE.
